If the track is installed on the snowmobile, we remove the rear suspension, lift the tunnel up high and work away. Make note that having minimal fuel in your tank is recommended when lifting the tunnel up high so that your fuel doesn’t drain out the vent. Brp knows but these 850 are far from 4 stroke reliability. Probably better than the old 800 mills, but still not great for a 25k initial purchase price. It all depends on how much you ride. 9600kms could be a lifetime for some riders and they will praise the motor.

Drill a dozen or so 1/2-3/4" holes across the dash in front of the gauges. Underneath the hood, install a fan or two in the black panel plastic panel that covers the underside of the gauges.
